Hello everyone!! Its been a long time. I took a short break but now I’m back and ready for the Simon Says Monday Challenge – A is for… ( you can follow this Link to the Simon Says Monday Challenge Blog http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/mondaychallenge/ ). I am excited with this challenge because I do have some really awesome products starting with the letter ‘A’. For this card I used some Aquamarine Cardstock ( from Craft Creations ), Birthday stamp from Avery Elle and Shimelle patterned paper from American Crafts. Since I recently purchased the Sparkling Snow Embossing Glitter from WOW and the Heating tool as well, I decided to use that on my card today. I love it, its so much fun. Anyway here is my card, hope you like it.
Hello, all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge!
SPRING PINTEREST INSPIRATION!
The lovely Mandy has made this fabulous mood board for us to use, choose one or more pins from this board for your inspiration ! Spring has arrived in some areas and is on the way in others (at least on half the planet), and Easter is on the way, as well! There are many places to find inspiration!
We are showcasing BAZZILL PRODUCTS this week! Bazzill offers a great variety of quality cardstocks and other products, as well! You don’t have to use them to join in, but if you have some we would love to see how you make them shine!
Hello everyone!! This weeks Challenge on Simon Says Stamp Blog is the Pinterest Inspiration Challenge ( follow this link to the blog http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/ ). Since I do not have any Bazzill Products I just worked with what I have. I made an Easter shaker card. For this card I decided to draw and colour in that cute bunny. I wanted the card to be bright since its spring time. I used that lovely Pink and white striped pattern paper from Shimelle. I also used my Pink water colour pencil to get that nice baby pink shade on the white cardstock. I really wanted to show that patterned paper in the background so I cut out that window in the shape of an egg and added some glitter to give my card some interest and also to go with the theme of the card. I really loved how the colours on the card came together and I especially love how cute the Easter bunny turned out 😀
Hello everyone! This is my first art journal page. Music and colours were my inspiration for this page. I love how it turned out. I experimented with different techniques and art mediums. I had a ton of fun doing this and I will be making more of these in the future. I will soon start posting some How to videos as well.
Here is my second card for the Simon Says Special Lady/Girly Wednesday Challenge ( http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/ ). For this card I drew a girl in a summery dress and coloured the image using water colour pencils. I wanted this card to be bright and colourful and so I used some great decorative paper from the DCWV cardstock stack.
This weeks Wednesday challenge for Simon Says Stamp is Special Lady/Girly using DOODLEBUG products ( http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/ ). I unfortunately do not have any DOODLEBUG products. I have a very limited collection of stamps and other card making material since I just started card making towards the end of last year. I still hope that you would like the card that I made for this challenge. I went with a theme for Women’s Day and so I wanted this card to be subtle and feminine.
Here’s another awesome Wednesday Challenge from Simon Says Stamp: Special Lady/Girly. I do encourage all you women and girls out there to take part in this exciting challenge. It’s all about empowering women. Show us what you got ladies!! 🙂 Follow this link to get more details about this challenge http://www.simonsaysstampblog.com/wednesdaychallenge/
